Depending upon when received, we ship orders same or next business day unless an item is out of stock. When your order ships, you'll receive an email with its details so you can track your package. For APO boxes, we only ship USPS.
Warranty & Refund Returns
You can return for a refund with no questions asked within 45 days of purchase. Refund payments are handled automatically with email tracking so you can follow the process.
If you need support under our 1-year Limited Warranty, let us know here. We'll process your repair, exchange, or refund quickly (usually 1-3 business days) and keep you in the loop at each step via email.
We pick up the cost to ship outbound exchanged or repaired units within the continental United States, including APO boxes.
